SHORT YOGA PRACTICE

This 11 min practice is a great way to start your day! Focusing primarily on half and full sun salutations, this sequence will enliven you and tune you in to your body and breath. A great way to energize for the upcoming day, or move the body and release pent up energy at any point in your day. Not recommended right before sleep.

EVEN, FOCUSED BREATHING

Here we will work on steadying the breath and bringing energy into the mind. This practice can be done at any time of day, on it's own or as a great way begin any meditation or mantra practice.

MEDITATION: BRING LIGHT TO THE HEART

This meditation practice will help you cultivate love and light in your heart. We work on drawing universal light and energy from above, directly into heart center. Use this meditation as a daily practice, or if you are feeling lost or disconnected.

DEEP RELAXATION PRACTICE

A wonderful way to tap into your parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system. This guided relaxation practice brings us into a restful state, where we hang around somewhere between our conscious and unconscious mind. I recommend practicing at least 1-2 times per week.
