My dream is that every single person on the planet enjoys their life to the fullest. I’ve been studying, practicing, and teaching Yoga & Ayurveda (and most recently Jyotisha) for a number of years. I love teaching and sharing all that I know! On this site, and in person, I will share the practices that I feel are most helpful and effective. The Jyotisha Sessions
Jyotisha can be described as “The Healing Light”. Better known in English as Vedic Astrology, the art and science of Jyotisha helps us understand who we truly are, what we are here on this planet to be. My teacher says that Jyotisha HEALS THE MIND. We are born into this world and instantly outside forces (people, events, circumstances, etc.) come into to play. And even with (typically) good intentions, those outside of us can lead us to confusion of our true nature, our true selves, and who we are destined be. Understanding your birthchart can help you to see the light of who you are. It can help to point you in the highest path or direction. It can help you to see the possibilities of what your life could look like, perhaps the best way to fulfill your dreams. Understanding your chart and the planetary time periods can also help you to navigate through difficult times, and help you to make decisions that ultimately align you with your highest path.

The Jyotisha Reading typically lasts 1-1.5 hours.

The Ayurveda Sessions
Ayurveda can be defined as The Science of Life. Ayurveda HEALS THE BODY. These sessions are designed to help you live your healthiest and most fulfilled life. In these one on one meetings, we will work to get at the root cause(s) of any suffering. You will learn various tools and techniques to help you connect with your daily life. We have the option of working with lifestyle and eating habits, daily routine, yoga and meditation practices, and relaxation techniques. These sessions are only effective if you can commit to practicing and participating in your “homework” in between our meetings.
These sessions are for anyone looking to improve themselves in any and all areas of life! We start with a minimum of 4 sessions that typically last 1-1.5 hours each, meeting once a week. The first 4 sessions are typically just an intro to the process, and we can continue to work together for upwards of months or more, depending on your requested level of guidance.
4 Session Cost: $400
Intake & Report of Findings Only (First 2 meetings): $225
Single Session: $125 (after initial 2 or 4 sessions, use only of you don’t want to commit to 4 sessions at a time)
The Yoga Sessions
We can use these sessions in a variety of ways: To introduce you to the practice of Yoga, to learn how to modify your current Yoga practice to fit your particular needs, to deepen your understanding of Yoga. Yoga HEALS THE SOUL. With all of these options you will receive an audio recording of your personalized practice. These Sessions are most effective when you can commit to a daily practice, which we will define throughout our time together.
For these sessions we meet weekly for 1-1.5 hours, for a minimum of 4 sessions.
These sessions need to be in-person, not available for online or phone.
4 Session Cost: $200
Single Session: $60
The Savasana Sessions
In most of my “Sessions” offerings, there is “personal work” to be done during and in between our meetings; you are taking an active role in the process.
But if you’re just looking for some DEEP RELAXATION without all of the process and effort (I equate the results to be equivalent of a relaxing massage), then I suggest you try out these Savasana Sessions. I will lead you through a personalized, guided relaxation practice designed for your specific needs on that day. Each session will last approximately 45 minutes. The sessions can be practiced lying down with or without supportive props, or in a comfortable and relaxed seated position. If you will be practicing with me live online, you just need to create a quiet space without distractions in your home.

Single In-Person Session cost: $60
Single Live Online Session cost: $50
The Yoga Nidra Sessions
In these sessions you will gain a basic knowledge of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), and a deeper understanding of how this practice can help you specifically. These sessions are designed as Introductory (if you are new to the practice), or Intermediate/Advanced (if you have prior experience).
Yoga Nidra: “It is a journey from mind to mindfulness (fullness and presence of mind) to mind-less-ness (transcendence of mind).” -Indu Arora
In these four sessions, we will work to build your personalized Yoga Nidra practice to help lead you into the state of Yoga Nidra. You will leave with a recording of your personalized practice.
The rhythm for these sessions is every week, for four sessions. Each session will last approximately 1.5-2 hours.

Courtney is always so full of positive energy and smiles, and that radiates out to the class. It's a great feeling. She's attentive to the needs of the class as a whole but also takes time to address individual needs/concerns if they arise. I look forward to my Monday afternoon yoga class because of her. As a lifestyle teacher, she's great about listening to what you need and what's going on, and she can make suggestions to help you achieve your goals. She doesn't force you into doing something though. She'll just check in with you to see how you're doing and she'll give subtle reminders about things you may be neglecting.
