Week 6
Our final week, yay! We begin this week’s lesson by learning about Mudra and Mantra. You’ll see how these practices can be standalone, or can be incorporated into a physical Yoga Class or varied Meditation Practice. We learn about the Chin Mudra, and the Mantra Om. We finish up with a “Complete Practice” that puts together all that we have learned.
Moving forward, I urge you to continue working with your favorite practices and techniques, and leave the ones behind that don’t speak to you at this time. And try taking different Yoga Classes with different teachers! In-Person, Online, or Pre-Recorded. I am confident that you can safely and enjoyably attend many yoga classes. Please don’t be discouraged if you end up in a class that you don’t like, that moves too fast, doesn’t feel right, etc. Just don’t take that class again, and try another teacher or style perhaps. And don’t forget, we have a number of FREE Classes on our Practice Page.
Also, I believe that a continued daily practice of some sort/some length will help you to dive deeper into this Yoga, and hep you to feel good on a daily basis.
