Week 2
This week we learn about and practice Half Sun Salutations, and we have a discussion on the 8 Limbs of Yoga and the usage of Namaste. Make sure you’ve read last week’s articles before you watch these videos! We end with a short Guided Savasana, which you can practice any time you’d like a bit of relaxation.
This week’s homework is to practice 5 Rounds of Half Sun Salutations. Please follow along with either of the videos below from our Practice Page. And I recommend trying the sequence at least once on your own without the video. Try practicing first thing in the morning, if not, any other time of day is better than not at all!
